To use
the Riquette.com website, simply use the navigation buttons
and links that appear on every page. The navigation and link
bar that appears at the top of each page, and the list of
links on the left hand side remains the same. Other
navigation bars and links that appear on certain pages vary
depending on the product or page being viewed.
To move
back through the website use your browser's back button or
click on a navigation link. Clicking on the HOME button will
always return you to the main Riquette.com home page. Use
the gray scroll bar at the right of your browser to move up
and down within the current page.
Buying from
Riquette.com is easy and secure. Riquette.com uses a fully secure,
on-line electronic shopping cart system to process your orders.
For every in-stock
item, there is an "Order" button. This button adds the
item to your shopping cart basket. For example,
if you see a book or video you would like to buy, click the "Add
To Cart" button that appears directly next to the product's
description.
A screen will
appear showing the item has been added to your shopping cart. On
this screen, you can change the quantity, continue shopping, clear
your cart or check out. (The price will change when you hit enter
or when you change screens.) Putting something in your cart does
not commit you to buying it. You can remove it at any time by clicking
the "Order Form" button and removing that item.
If you wish
to continue browsing through the collection, click on the "continue"
button, and you will go back to the catalog. If you get a warning
telling you that you are about to go to an "unsecure"
document, this is because the "shopping cart" is the only
area of our site that requires special security measures.
You can see
the contents of your cart anytime by clicking the "View Cart"
button that appears in the upper right hand corner of each page
in the heading bar.
You will see
a button on the order form check out page that says, "Please
check this box if you wish the shopping cart to remember your personal
information for future purchases." This is optional! Check
this box only if you don't want to have to fill out your shipping
and billing information each time you order.
When you are
finished shopping and are ready to check out, after filling in your
personal shipping and billing information, you will press the "Place
Order Now" button. Keep in mind, after you press this button,
order processing may take up to 90 seconds. To prevent errors, do
not click the button again, do not leave the page and do not close
your browser before the order processing is complete.
We do not suggest
ordering by eMail because it is not secure.

There are several
ways to shop at Riquette.com. Phone in your order at 1-800-747-8388.
Or shop online via our secure shopping service. Which ever method
you choose, your order will be processed as quickly and accurately
as possible. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover
credit cards. While credit cards are required for online orders,
personal and business checks and money orders are accepted with
mail-in orders. For orders placed outside the U.S., any checks must
be in US dollars and drawn against a US bank. Call for details.
Sales tax is
applied only to California residents. The tax rate is 8.5% of the
total order, excluding shipping and handling.

Orders are shipped
via UPS ground in most cases. Shipping, handling, and insurance
(when required) are calculated on a basis of weight measurement.

Resident Sales Tax
California residents
and orders with a California-based shipping address will be charged
appropriate sales tax. It will be added to your order when we receive
it at our office.
Shipping
Outside the US
Orders outside
the US are normally sent airmail, but we reserve the right to ship
"best way" unless you specify it. In addition, insurance
is recommended, because, without it, delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Note: Our shipping
and handling does not cover any customs fees that different countries
charge. If we find your order requires additional shipping charges,
we will notify you by email, phone, fax or mail.
We cannot send
products COD for orders outside the United States.
Fulfillment

strives to fill each and every order as quickly as possible. Most
orders ship within the next business day after receiving payment
if products are in stock. For a variety of reasons, there are times
when orders take longer to fulfill. Custom orders usually require
an additional 2-3 days. If an item you ordered is out of stock,
we will notify you to the fact an ask which you would prefer: credit,
return, wait for product to be stocked.
Return
Policy
If you should
have to return a product, call our customer service department at
310-551-5253. Returns within 10 days will receive store credit only.
No returns on books or videos. Customer
is responsible for return freight charges.
